Hi, I'm Ajay!

I'm a 18 year old from Rochester, MN, pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Biology at the Honors College of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At UNC, I lead EduGen, an education AI startup, row varsity eight-man crew, volunteer as a tutor for the mathematics department, and am involved with AI @ UNC, Hindu Yuva, and Habitat for Humanity.

Professionally, I am a machine learning researcher in Dr. Bradley Erickson's Radiology AI Lab at the Mayo Clinic (check out my featured works) and I lead the Rochester Asian American Organization, a 501(c)(3) that leverages AI/ML to aid communities.

Previously, I founded Contour Developments, Inc. (2021-2023), a Web 3.0 company, founded PWOTE, LLC. (2020-2022), an automation/AI company, developed at Ghost AIO, LLC. (2020-2022), a reverse-engineer/automation company, and co-directed LinkBRT (2022), a transit route in Rochester, MN.

I am a risk taker that loves to explore. I have skydived, climbed the highest peaks in the Rockies, bench-pressed 225 lbs at The National Mall-- taking the scenic route each time. I advocate whenever possible. I am proudly partnered with PANCAN, with whom I raised $1000+ and ran the 2024 LA Marathon for #TeamPANCAN, and with The Dup15q Alliance, where I raise awareness for the neurodevelopmental disorder.
